Supercell does not release new Clash of Clans redeem codes very often, and many codes found online are already expired. Also, not every code works in the same way. Some are Store Codes, some are reward links, and Creator Codes are something completely different.
This guide explains what is currently available in September 2026 and how you can claim free Clash of Clans rewards.
Clash of Clans Codes for September 2026
At the moment, there are different types of rewards available to Clash of Clans players.
Some websites are reporting active Store Codes, including:
- ROYALEAFFAIR – Royale Affair Goblin Emote
- FIREANDICE!! – Ember Escape Banner Decoration and Firestorm Banner Frame
- TRUSTYTURRET – Hero Musketeer Emote
- WHENHOGSFLY! – Flying Royal Hogs Emote
- REINABARRIGA – Snoring Dragon Banner Set
These codes have been reported as active by some code-tracking websites, but their availability can change quickly.
MMO Culture, however, currently reports that there are no active text-based promo codes and instead lists free rewards available through the official Supercell Store and Reward Links.
Because Supercell can remove promotional rewards without warning, it is a good idea to try the code or reward as soon as you find it.
What Can You Get for Free?
Clash of Clans promotions can include more than traditional redeem codes.
Depending on the current event or promotion, you may find:
- Gold
- Magic Items
- Event rewards
- Decorations
- Banner items
- Emotes
- Other cosmetic rewards
For example, current reward information has included a Treasure Chest, Clan Castle Cake, Champ Medals, and a 50,000 Gold reward link.
Keep in mind that rewards can be limited to one claim per Supercell ID.
How to Redeem Clash of Clans Codes
If you have a Store Code, you normally need to use the official Clash of Clans section of the Supercell Store.
Here is the basic process:
Step 1: Open the Supercell Store
Go to the official Clash of Clans Store and sign in with the Supercell ID connected to your village.
Step 2: Find the code section
Look for the option to redeem a Store Code.
Step 3: Enter the code
Type the code exactly as it appears.
Be careful with capital letters, numbers, and special characters. A code such as FIREANDICE!! needs to be entered correctly.
Step 4: Submit the code
Submit it and wait for the confirmation.
Step 5: Open Clash of Clans
Launch the game and check your village to see whether the reward has been added.
Not every promotion uses this system, so don't worry if you cannot find a code box for a particular reward.
How to Use Clash of Clans Reward Links
Reward Links work a little differently.
Instead of typing a code, you open a special link that takes you to a Supercell reward page. From there, you can claim the reward and open Clash of Clans.
On a phone, the process is usually:
- Open the reward link.
- Tap the claim button.
- Allow it to open Clash of Clans.
- Make sure the correct village is selected.
- Confirm the reward.
If you open the link on a computer, you may see a QR code that you can scan with your phone.
This is useful because you don't have to copy and paste a long code.
What Are Clash of Clans Creator Codes?
Creator Codes are often mistaken for redeem codes, but they are not the same thing.
A Creator Code does not give you free Gems, Gold, troops, or Magic Items.
Instead, it allows you to support a Clash of Clans content creator when you make an in-game purchase. The creator receives support from that purchase.
So if you see something like a creator's name being promoted as a "free reward code," don't expect it to give you free items.
Creator Codes and promotional Store Codes serve two completely different purposes.
When Clash of Clans Code Not Works?
There are a few common reasons why a code or reward link may fail.
The promotion expired
This is probably the most common reason.
Supercell promotions are often temporary, so a code that worked a few days ago may no longer work.
You already claimed the reward
Many rewards can only be claimed once for a particular Supercell ID.
You're using the wrong account
Make sure the Supercell Store and Clash of Clans are connected to the same Supercell ID.
The game needs an update
If the game is running an older version, some reward links may not work correctly.
You're opening the link on a computer
Some reward links are designed to work with the mobile version of Clash of Clans. If you're on a desktop, try scanning the QR code with your phone instead.
The code wasn't officially released
Be careful with websites promising huge amounts of free Gems or other unrealistic rewards.
If a code isn't coming from a legitimate Clash of Clans promotion, there is no guarantee that it is real.
Are There Free Gems Codes in Clash of Clans?
This is one of the most common searches from Clash of Clans players.
You will find plenty of websites claiming to have codes for thousands of free Gems. Be careful with these claims.
Supercell's promotional rewards are usually tied to specific events, campaigns, Store promotions, or reward links. A random website claiming that you can enter a secret code and instantly receive thousands of Gems should not automatically be trusted.
Never give your Supercell ID password or account login information to a website promising free Gems.
Other Ways to Get Free Clash of Clans Rewards
You don't always need a redeem code to get something for free.
Supercell regularly runs events and promotions inside Clash of Clans. The official Clash of Clans news section is one place to watch for new events and announcements.
You can also check the Supercell Store from time to time for free items or special offers.
During major collaborations and seasonal events, additional rewards may become available for a limited period.
For example, Clash of Clans is running a WWE collaboration during September 2026, with an event involving Cody Rhodes and John Cena. The event runs through September 30 and includes a chance to earn a special Cody Rhodes statue.
How Often Do New Clash of Clans Codes Come Out?
There isn't a fixed schedule for Clash of Clans redeem codes.
New codes can appear around:
- Special events
- Collaborations
- Seasonal promotions
- Community campaigns
- Supercell Store promotions
Some codes can also disappear quickly, so an old list isn't necessarily useful.
If you're looking for a new code, always check when the list was last updated.
